We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a complimentary fix within the following timeframes:
Regular Polish: 24-hour guarantee
Shellac Services: 7-day guarantee
Bio Gel & Nail Extensions: 10-day guarantee
If you experience any issues with shaping, colour application, or nail structure, we will happily provide a complimentary fix within the guarantee period.
Please note that our guarantee does not apply if you would like to change the colour, design, or nail shape after the service has been completed.
To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, all appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation or release.
