Appointment and cancellation
In order to avoid your appointment being canceled, if you know you will be late, please let us know in advance.If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than the time you have reserved, we will not guarantee that we will properly meet your request or have to change to another service in accordance with the time. All booked appointments will be sent a confirmation message 24 hours in advance. Please reply to our confirmation message if you still attend. In case the customer wants to cancel the appointment, we need to notify you within 24 hours.
